Artist Statement
All the While...She Dies... is a visual retelling of my struggles with depression and anxiety throughout my life. The woman in each scene represents different emotions and stages in my illness. What was most important to me in the series was to juxtapose the light with the dark, not all days are gloomy, some are better than others...but my illness is always present even in the most beautiful moments.
